PRICE PER PERSON:
adults: from 34 €

For families with children, ask for information on prices and availability using the booking form by selecting the “Availability request only” option at the time of payment, specifying the number of children and the age of each.

SPECIFIC TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Within 24 hours of your request you will receive an e-mail with confirmation of availability. Each proposal requires a minimum number of 2 people (adults) to be activated (unless otherwise specified). In case of failure to reach the minimum number, Travel Tasting Tour will communicate the withdrawal to the traveler within: 48 hours for day tours.
Travel Tasting Tour will then refund within 14 days from the communication of the withdrawal, after having deducted the appropriate management costs of the practice and any cancellation insurance.
The days are to be understood as “working” (Mon / Fri) excluding the day of withdrawal and any holidays.
It should be noted that the Tourism Code does not apply to day tours, but the Consumer Code, to which reference should be made for further information on the rights of travelers.
Please note that upon arrival it will be necessary to present a valid identity document.

TERMS OF PAYMENT
Bank transfer / Credit Card / PayPall
For day tours: the balance is paid directly upon booking confirmation (within 72 hours of tour departure).

WITHDRAWAL
To the Tourist who withdraws from the contract for cases other than those provided for by art. 10 of the General Terms and Conditions, the following penalties will be charged (calculated on the total amount of the package booked):

Day tour:
• up to 15 days before departure: no penalty
• up to 2 days before departure: 50% of the cost of the tour
• after this deadline: 100% of the cost of the tour

It is specified that:
• any cancellation insurance is not refundable
• no reimbursement will be granted to those who do not show up at departure or give up during the course of their stay
• no reimbursement will be due for lack and / or inaccuracy of the required personal documents

PRACTICE MANAGEMENT EXPENSES
Day tours are not subject to the above fees.

ACCESSIBILITY AND SAFETY
In order to make your experience comfortable, as well as interesting and fun, we invite you to ask our staff for any information on the accessibility of the itinerary and we recommend that you communicate any special needs regarding mobility difficulties or disabilities.

In case of bad weather the voucher will be rescheduled to the first available date. Can change with an another experience… or prove alternative activities included in the price, such as: visits to exhibitions, museums, cities and monuments, workshops and tastings. Or, you can request to be refunded at 90% of the total cost paid.

INSURANCE
All Travel Tasting Tour offers, both day tours, include compulsory insurance for medical expenses and luggage. At the time of booking it is possible to request cancellation insurance (only for residents of Italy) and the integration of the basic policy.

PROGRAMS AND TIMETABLE
It is important to show up on time in the meeting places of the activities. In the event of delays of more than 15 minutes, Travel Tasting Tour reserves the right to start the planned activity. It will be possible to reach the group, but Travel Tasting Tour does not assume responsibility for activities carried out in the absence of guides / instructors.
The programs are indicative and the order of visits may be changed based on the actual availability of the service providers at the time of final confirmation of the trip.

REGISTRATION
Registrations are possible subject to availability and are considered definitively confirmed upon reaching the minimum number required and upon payment of the deposit or balance.

MEALS
Travel Tasting Tour transmits the culture of good food and good drink, enhancing local products.
We recommend that you communicate any food allergies and intolerances at the time of booking.

PETS
It is recommended to specify the presence of pets in order!
